Charles Adomaitis
On Monday, June 15, 2026, Charles John Adomaitis, 77, was received into God’s kingdom.
He was a member of Divine Grace Parish. Charlie was the son of the late Charles and Elsie Adomaitis.
His wife of 50 years, Joyce A. (Brunner) Adomaitis, preceded him in death in 2018; as well as his sister, Dorothy; and grandson, Cole.
He is survived by his children, Teri (Fred), Mark (Lisa), Sean (Melissa), Tracy (David), Angela (Paul) and Wendy (Darryl); his grandchildren, Damien (Elena), Gabriella (Jamie), Dominic (Jess), Nathan, Savannah, Mikayla, Kenzee, AnaMarie, Markie, Joshua, Anthony, Nicole, Rylie, Carter, Bastian and Amelia; great-grandchildren, Violet and Aurora, Dominic Jr. and Sophia; his sisters, Alice, Shirley, Karen and Sharon; and many nieces, nephews, in-laws and cousins.
Charlie was a 1966 graduate of Allegheny High School. He retired from Bell Atlantic Telephone Company.
Charlie’s 31-year friendship with Bill W. set an example of participation and commitment. He has touched many lives by sharing that message. His love of huntin’, fishin’ and storytellin’ will live on through his family. (Did you hear the one about the lantern?)
