Police reports as of June 15
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
June 5 — Alexandria C. Trapani, 23, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a May 5 traffic stop. Police said Trapani showed signs of impairment.
June 4 — Keyon David Franklin, 21, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor obstruction following a June 3 incident. Police said Franklin rushed at officers who were detaining another man.
June 5 — Jordan Dean Ruby, 31, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a June 5 incident. Police said Ruby slammed a woman on the ground.
June 4 — Zachari Lamar Roth, 42, of Hermitage, was charged with four misdemeanor DUI counts and one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession, marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an April 4 crash. Police said Roth showed signs of impairment and had a glass smoking pipe and related paraphernalia.
June 4 — Levi J. Spinneweber, 40, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 17 incident. Police said Spinneweber had a blood alcohol content of 0.218%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
June 4 — Chad Jeffrey Bowman, 39, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor theft following a May 19 incident. Police said Bowman stole a phone.
June 8 — Amber Rose Williams, 38, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following a June 8 incident. Police said Williams stole $536.88 in merchandise from Walmart.
May 26 — Eric Eugene Wright, 52, of Cheswick, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a May 15 incident. Police said Wright had four marijuana joints in a plastic box.
June 4 — Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on an Interstate 79 ramp. Police said Louis S. Goldberg, 78, of Pikesville, Md., was driving a Toyota RAV4 when she hit a guide rail and spun out. Goldberg was transported to UPMC Passavant Hospital with suspected minor injuries.
June 8 — Oliver Philogene, 32, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a June 6 incident. Police said Philogene grabbed a woman and pushed her into a wall.
June 4 — Robert Owen Emswiler Jr., 74, of Evans City, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a June 4 crash. Police said Emswiler showed signs of impairment.
June 5 — Kevin Alan Stitzenberg, 55, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 15 crash. Police said Stitzenberg had a blood alcohol content of 0.267%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
June 4 — Scott August Bryan, 52, of Campbell, Ohio, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of controlled substance possession and one misdemeanor count each of DUI and controlled substance possession following an Oct. 25 traffic stop in Connoquenessing Township. Police said Bryan had suspected crack cocaine, a metallic smoking device, a screwdriver with burnt residue and showed signs of impairment.
June 4 — William Fran Lambert Jr., 59, of Evans City, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a Feb. 27 incident in Forward Township. Police said Lambert showed signs of impairment.
June 4 — William J. Gibson, 48, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a June 4 incident in Forward Township. Police said Gibson shoved a woman.
June 8 — Tia Rae Budmark, 29, of Karns City, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and disorderly conduct following a June 8 incident in Concord Township. Police said Budmark threw a knife at a woman. The knife did not make contact with the other woman.
