Terry “T-Bird” L. Duncan, 60, of Slippery Rock, passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2026.

She was born in Oil City, Pa., on May 24, 1966, daughter of the late John and Edna (Harrison) Fletcher.

Terry was a digital creator and computer tech. She enjoyed working on computers, gardening, talking to friends and watching murder mysteries and biographies on TV. Terry was a pool playing champ and loved to spend time with her grandchildren.

She was known for being a great listener, brave, strong, willful and stubborn. Her radiant smile and bright personality could make a friend out of a stranger. She had a voice and was not afraid to use it.

She was the mother of Amberleigh, Joseph III and Johnnie Duncan; sister of Brenda Fletcher and Darla Fletcher-Winger; and grandmother of Olivia Herndan and Jonathan, Emma and Sefton Duncan.

DUNCAN — All arrangements for Terry “T-Bird” L. Duncan, who died Tuesday, June 9, 2026, were made through SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 3, 2026, a location will be determined at a later date.
