Rubaker

H. George Rubaker, 90, of Beaver Falls, formerly of Mars, passed away Sunday morning, May 31, 2026, at Celebration Villa in Beaver Falls.

Born in Pittsburgh on Nov. 26, 1935, he was the son of the late Herman G. and Margaret Louise Rodgers Rubaker.

George was a project estimator for Eljer Plumbing in Pittsburgh.

He had served in the U.S. Air Force during peacetime and attended the LifePointe Alliance Church in Mars.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, bowling, gardening and artwork.

He was the husband of Norma Janshego Rubaker, whom he married June 20, 1960; father of Judith Thoma (Edward), of Butler, Joy Porto (Richard), of Beaver, Julie Brindle (Daniel), of Ball Ground, Ga., and Joseph Rubaker (Mandy), of Carey, Ohio; grandfather of Samuel, Anna, Zebediah, Jenna, Abby, Maggie, Nicholas, Benjamin, Dylan and Madeline; and great-grandfather of Sarah, Isaac, Claire, Joey and Bradley.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Joseph and Robert Rubaker.

RUBAKER — The family of H. George Rubaker, who died Sunday, May 31, 2026, will greet friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, June 6, at LifePointe Alliance Church, 997 Route 228, Mars. Services will follow at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Paul Cope officiating.
