Police reports as of May 29

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

May 12 — Eric Martin Settlemire, 44, of Valencia, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 12, 2025, traffic stop in Valencia. Police said Settlemire tested positive for methamphetamine and fentanyl.

May 18 — Tiffany Pauline Dean, 51, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 19 traffic stop. Police said Dean had a blood alcohol content of 0.169%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Butler

May 12 — Marc Antonio Pippens Jr., 36, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief following a May 3 incident. Police said Pippens vandalized a vehicle.

May 12 — Donald Edward Vargo, 51, of Lyndora, was charged with misdemeanor driving on a suspended license following a May 12 traffic stop. Police said Vargo was driving on a suspended license.

May 15 — Sean Anthony Lewis, 18, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct following a May 15 incident. Police said Lewis yelled at police and CRISIS employees.

May 18 — Philip Leight Covel III, 53, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a May 2 incident. Police said Covel had crack cocaine and two glass smoking pipes.

May 18 — Scott Allen Locke, 55, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a March 2 incident. Police said Locke had suspected fentanyl and multiple syringes.

May 18 — Jada Lynn Winkelman, 21, of Lyndora, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct following a May 16 incident. Police said Winkelman caused a “public annoyance.”

Butler County Detectives

May 12 — Rashawn Joshua Washington, 19, of Grove City, was charged with misdemeanor escape following a May 8 incident. Police said Washington cut the strap off an electronic monitoring device.

Butler Twp

May 13 — Antony Omar Joya-Montufar, 31, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a May 13 incident. Police said Joya-Montufar pushed a pregnant woman, causing her to fall and hurt her right arm.

May 15 — Isaiah Anthony Covey, 26, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and evading arrest following a May 14 incident. Police said Covey shoved a woman and ran from police.

State police, Butler

May 12 — William Charles Fedunok, 41, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Jan. 29 incident in Penn Township. Police said Fedunok showed signs of impairment.

May 13 — Daniel Keith Beachem, 47, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a May 12 incident in Clay Township. Police said Beachem punched a man.

May 13 — Ashley Taylor Cramer, 31, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 27 incident in Slippery Rock Township. Police said Cramer had a blood alcohol content of 0.145%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

May 13 — Brittany May Wilcox, 35, of Harmony, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a Nov. 3 incident in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Wilcox tested positive for cocaine and fentanyl.

May 15 — Zachery Birckbichler Jr., 22, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession following an April 2 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Birckbichler had marijuana.

May 15 — Keondra Monique Taylor, 25, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and marijuana possession following an April 2 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Taylor had suspected cocaine and marijuana.

May 15 — Sherbelle Janenett Hall, 48, of New Castle, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Oct. 23 crash in Lancaster Township. Police said Hall tested positive for THC.

May 19 — Robert S. Luktisch, 57, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault, reckless endangerment and resisting arrest following a May 18 incident in Connoquenessing Township. Police said Luktisch spit on a woman knowing he was HIV positive and refused commands from police.

May 19 — Matthew John Bowser, 36, of Emlenton, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a March 14 traffic stop in Bruin. Police said Bowser had suspected crack cocaine.

May 19 — Joseph Francis Banachoski, 37, of Renfrew, was charged with felony materially false written statement and statement under penalty following a Jan. 21 incident in Center Township. Police said Banachoski answered falsely on a firearms application.

May 27 — Police investigated a single-vehicle crash at 7:10 a.m. on South Clearfield Road near Rhodaberger Road in Clearfield Township. Police said Sadi J. Shearer, 21, of Cabot, lost control of her Subaru Forester and struck a fence and utility pole. She was taken to UPMC St. Margaret hospital in Pittsburgh with suspected minor injuries.

Cranberry Twp

May 11 — April M. Walker, 49, of Hilliards, was charged with felony failure to provide accurate registration information following an April 28 incident. Police said Walker failed to update her information on the Megan’s Law registry.

May 11 — Eric Keith Rager, 44, of Monroeville, was charged with felony retail theft and misdemeanor receiving stolen property following an April 21 incident. Police said Rager stole $553 in merchandise from Walmart.

May 11 — Eric Keith Rager, 44, of Monroeville, was charged with felony retail theft and misdemeanor receiving stolen property following an April 22 incident. Police said Rager stole $291.22 from Walmart.

Grove City

April 30 — Jeremy Kline, 41, of Harrisville, was charged with misdemeanor terroristic threats following an April 24 incident. Police said Kline threatened to beat someone.

May 14 — Destiny Sage Stemmerich, 31, of Slippery Rock, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of tampering with evidence, controlled substance possession, drug paraphernalia possession and disorderly conduct following a May 18 incident. Police said Stemmerich attempted to take apart a pen and use it to take fentanyl, and had 51 stamp bags of suspected fentanyl. A stamp bag weighs an estimated 0.1-0.2 grams in most areas. Fifty stamp bags is considered a brick.

Middlesex Twp

May 12 — Craig Steven Lutzic, 52, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a May 6 incident. Police said Lutzic threw items at a woman and dragged her by her hair.

Slippery Rock

May 13 — Isaiah Stanley Edward Way, 22, of Meshoppen, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a May 1 traffic stop. Police said Way had a blood alcohol content of 0.172%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
