PennDOT to patch multiple county bridges starting June 1
PennDOT will perform patching and epoxy work on four bridges across Butler County starting June 1.
Work will take place on the following bridges:
• Route 3017 bridge, located on Myoma Road south of its intersections with Mars-Evans City Road in Adams Township.
• Route 228 bridge, located east of the route’s intersection with Mars-Valencia Road in Adams Township.
• Route 8 bridge, north of the route’s intersection with Renfrew Road in Penn Township.
• Route 422 bridge, east of the route’s intersection with Geibel Road in Summit Township.
A lane restriction will be in effect as crews patch and seal the bridges. Work is weather permitting.
Contractor Ram Construction Services of Michigan, Inc., is estimated to complete the $427,237 project by the end of June 2026.
