PENN TWP — Those enjoying lunch outdoors or starting their summer gardens on Tuesday, May 12, were treated to a view of the Goodyear Blimp, which could be seen lumbering its way over the Pittsburgh-Butler Regional Airport just before noon.
The famous dirigible was seen traveling in a southeast direction.
Several aviators taking off from the airport easily outpaced the notoriously sluggish craft as they ascended from the tarmac.
