SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

James W. Daw, 28, of Butler was held for court on two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed March 7 by Penn Township police.

Lee Siler, 26, of Pittsburgh was held for court on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, filed May 31 by state police.

Daniel McAllister, 47, of Worthington waived to court charges of driving under the influence, not driving in the road lanes, careless driving, driving a vehicle without a valid registration and driving a vehicle without a current inspection sticker, filed July 1 by state police.

Bradley Anderson, 34, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of retail theft, harassment and criminal conspiracy, filed Feb. 6 by Penn Township police.

Joseph Rezak, 20, of Cabot waived to court charges of driving under the influence, underage drinking, careless driving and purchase, consumption, possession, transportation of liquor, filed April 1 by Buffalo Township police.

Joshua Pelkofer, 22, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed July 7 by state police. He was ordered to pay $288.50 in fines and costs.

Pelkofer also pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed June 6 by state police. He was ordered to pay $438.50 in fines and costs.

Richard McKinney, 30, of Brackenridge waived to court charges of retail theft and criminal conspiracy, filed Dec. 6 by Penn Township police.

Richard Roberts, 44, of Butler was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment, filed July 23 by Penn Township police.

Shayne Himelinski, 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 5 by Penn Township police. He was ordered to pay $167.50 in fines and costs.

Kenya Grant, 26, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of possession/consumption/sale/delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility, filed May 31 by state police.
