CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Todd Ledoux, 28, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged April 25 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, failing to obey turning movements and required signals, overtaking a vehicle on the right and following too closely.

Brian Edward Vitunac, 24, of McKees Rocks, Allegheny County, had his case held for court. He was charged June 28 by the Cranberry Township police with stalking, loitering and prowling at night and theft by unlawful taking.

Manuel Lopez Curz, 22, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged July 2 by the Cranberry Township police with resisting arrest and public drunkenness.

Donald Russelle Elliott, 38, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged April 25 by the Cranberry Township police with making a false report to law enforcement authorities.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Aaron Paul Wasielczyk, 18, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged June 12 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, purchasing alcohol by a minor, disregard of traffic lane and not using low beams.Holly Lynn Thompson, 38, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged May 8 by the state police with four counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Shaina Hathaway, 19, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged June 26 by the Zelienople police with possession of marijuana and purchasing alcohol by a minor.Katie Ruth Fuller, 25, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged May 30 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and disregard of traffic lane.Kimberly Danielle Wolf, 43, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged June 12 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Vanessa Sensenich, 19, of Cranberry Township waived her two separate cases to court. She was charged June 27 by the Jackson Township police with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, three counts of receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit burglary. She also was charged Aug. 2 by the state police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking and filing a false report to law enforcement officials.Chelsie Joy Bauman, 19, of Rochester, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged June 26 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, possession of marijuana, minor prohibited with operating a vehicle with any alcohol in system, purchasing alcohol by a minor and careless driving.Robert Dale Boring, Jr., 30, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged July 26 by the Jackson Township police with two counts of forgery, 14 counts each of identity theft and access device fraud, three counts of possession of an access device knowingly counterfeit, and 17 counts each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
