CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

John H. Rupp, 34, of Seven Fields waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 19 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to obey turning movements and required signals and failing to obey duties at a stop sign.

Kirk K. Guilmart, 40, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 11 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, following too closely and careless driving.

Andrew David Thomson, 24, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 13 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Donna Gail Hall, 49, of Norman, Okla., waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 25 by the state police with four counts each of false swearing, unsworn falsification forged documents and two counts of tampering with public records.
