SLIPPERY ROCK — The following cases were heard recently by District Judge Clifford Woessner:
Adam C. Keplinger, 20, of High Street, Zelienople, waived to court driving under the influence, stop sign, and minor operating a vehicle with alcohol charges filed by Slippery Rock University Police Oct. 25.
Keturah Lynn Harrison, 19, of Farrell waived to court driving under the influence and a minor operating a vehicle with alcohol charges filed by Slippery Rock University police Oct. 30.
Eric Price, 24, of Bradford waived to court driving under the influence and stop sign charges filed by Slippery Rock University police Oct. 30.
Joseph Lioi, 59, of Ellwood City waived to court a trespassing charge filed by Slippery Rock University Police Nov. 21.
WORTH TOWNSHIP, Mercer County — These cases were recently heard by District Judge Lawerence Silvus:Zachery Allen Mellring, 19, Conneautville, was held to court on forgery and receiving stolen property charges filed by Grove City Police Oct. 31.Dennis P. Michael, 33, of Masury, Ohio, was fined $313 and ordered to serve one year probation after he pleaded guilty to theft by deception. State police filed the charge on Oct. 31.Richard Lee Clayton, 45, of Stoneboro was held to court on driving under the influence and careless driving charges filed by state police Oct. 24.Jordan Patrick Ruddy, 19, of Woodland Avenue, Grove City, was held to court on unauthorized access device and receiving stolen property charges filed by Grove City police Oct. 18.Francisco V. Peral, 26, of Airport Road, Grove City, was held to court on possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, and driving without a license charges filed by state police Nov. 17.
