CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Keith Lutes, 33, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of indecent assault, endangering the welfare of children and corruption of minors, filed Nov. 22.

Joshua McCardle, 19, of Hilliards waived to court charges of harassment and conspiracy to commit simple assault, filed Jan. 11.

Colton Summa, 19, of Fombell, Beaver County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence. underage drinking, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, and not wearing a seat belt, filed Nov. 28.
