CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:
Timothy S. McPherson, 36, of Sewickley, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 6 by the Cranberry Township police with two counts of disposing of vehicle altered or illegally obtained, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy to receive stolen property, alteration/destruction of the vehicle identification number, fraudulant document and false/fraud/incomplete insurance claim.
Kristi Leigh Nehas, 31, of Rochester, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Todd M. Meals, 45, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 2 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, two counts of failure to use seat belts and careless driving.Curtis W. Keyser, 45, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 20 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, vehicle registration suspended, speeding, operating a vehicle without insurance, driving with a suspended license and disregard of traffic lane.Patricia F. Showalter, 47, of Slippery Rock waived her case to court. She was charged June 19 by the Jackson Township police with retail theft.Randy Lee Hoover, 58, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 13 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.John Bailey, 56, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 20 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and failing to drive at safe speeds.Harry David Herko, Jr., 30, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 20 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Nathan S. Kirk, 21, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 20 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, minors prohibited from operating a vehicle with an alcohol in system, careless driving, purchasing alcohol by a minor, failing to drive at safe speeds and accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property.Arthur Anthony Pillart, 26, of Saxonburg waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 23, by the Adams Township police with possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Raymond Paul Gos, 58, of Evans City had his case held to court. He was charged Jan. 2 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without insurance, careless driving, reckless driving, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property, periods for required headlights, operating a vehicle without a valid inspection and improper safety chains.
