CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:
Donald Wilk, Jr., 41, of Cranberry Township, waived his two separate cases to court. He was charged March 26 by the Butler County detectives with distribute a small amount of marijuana, three counts of manfacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal use of communications facility. He was also charged Feb. 28 by the county detectives with conspiracy to manufacture/deliver/possess with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, two counts of manfacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics and criminal use of a communications facility.
Mary Monica Wilson-Klein, 46, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged March 14 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft and receiving stolen property.
Christopher Terrell Lewis, 18, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged March 31 by the Cranberry Township police with manfacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
Donald M. Spiker, 28, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with no rear lights.
