EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Jared W. Mayhew, 26, of Renfrew had his case held to court. He was charged April 30 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and disregard of traffic lane.

James Robert Hammond, 39, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged April 30 by Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Victoria A. Livingstone, 43, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged April 30 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to drive at safe speeds.

Timothy Wayne Smith, 44, of New Wilmington, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 5 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to notify a change in address, operating a vehicle without insurance, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard this case:Clarence William Fetter, 40, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 17, 2006, by Cranberry Township police with 39 counts each of receiving stolen property and possessing an instrument of crime and 34 counts each of forgery, false representation of authorization, acquisition by misrepresentation and possession of controlled substance.
