Police reports as of May 7
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
April 28 — Zhamare Lynnell Wyche, 22, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest, evading arrest and criminal mischief following an April 23 incident. Police said Wyche pulled away from officers, ran from officers and caused a crash.
April 29 — Melissa Sue Gutshall, 53, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following an April 23 incident. Police said Gutshall had crack cocaine.
April 25 — Michael Bastian, 29, of Evans City, was charged with felony receiving stolen property following an April 8 incident in Connoquenessing Township. Police said Bastian had a stolen firearm.
April 29 — John David Wiley, 25, of Arnold, Md., was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 29 crash. Police said Wiley showed signs of impairment.
May 5 — Anthony R. Agostinelli, 55, of Ellwood City, was charged with misdemeanor driving on a suspended license following an April 24 traffic stop. Police said Agostinelli was driving on a suspended license.
April 29 — Emma Sue Scott, 53, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor counts of failing to keep animal confined within premises of owner following an April 21 incident. Police said Scott’s three dogs were running loose.
April 27 — Logan James Leskovac, 19, of Greenville, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of theft and receiving stolen property following an April 18 incident. Police said Leskovac stole a stop sign.
April 27 — Shawn S. McAllister, 55, of Weirton, W.Va., was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a Nov. 8 traffic stop in Oakland Township. Police said McAllister tested positive for THC.
April 27 — Douglas Wayne Luke, 67, of Emlenton, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor marijuana possession following a Jan. 21 traffic stop in Parker Township. Police said Luke tested positive for THC and had suspected marijuana.
April 28 — Clarke Okinski, 66, of Sewickley, was charged with two misdemeanor theft counts following an April 24 incident in Brady Township. Police said Okinski stole multiple pieces of wire and a crate of tools.
April 28 — Robert John Finney, 61, of McKees Rocks, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 20 crash. Police said Finney had a blood alcohol content of 0.142%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
April 28 — Kellie Darnell Coffer Jr., 21, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession following an April 22 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Coffer had a plastic bag of marijuana.
April 30 — John R. Lorenz Jr., 65, of Fenelton, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 10 traffic stop in Clearfield Township. Police said Lorenz had a blood alcohol content of 0.222%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
May 4 — William L. Dinello, 39, of Midland, was charged with misdemeanor driving on a suspended license following an April 26 traffic stop. Police said Dinello was driving on a suspended license.
