BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O’Donnell recently heard these cases filed by township police:

Michael V. Adams, 33, of McGrann, Armstrong County, pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct, filed April 11. Adams was ordered to pay $781 in fines and court costs.

Shirley S. Ferguson, 58, of Evans City pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 2. Ferguson was ordered to pay $289 in fines and court costs.

Paul Hortert III, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 23. Hortert, in a separate case filed July 23, waived charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Ashley M. Kudamik, 28, of Lyndora waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail and unlawful possession of a retail theft instruments, filed Aug. 14.

Barbara L. Makin, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail and unlawful possession of retail theft instruments, filed Aug. 14.

Rocky A. Michael II, 33, of Butler waived to court a charge of conspiracy to commit retail theft, filed July 24.

April M. Miller, 34, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Sept. 15.

June E. Rearick, 43, of Butler waived to court two counts each of aggravated assault and simple assault, charges of reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness and three counts of harassment, filed Sept. 10.

Elizabeth Schnitski, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by deception and identity theft, filed Aug. 29.

Haley M. Stutz, 24, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI and not using turn signals, filed Aug. 24.

Melissa Tracy, 25, of Evans City pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 22. Tracy was ordered to pay $307 in fines and court costs.

Melissa A. Wilfong, 33, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 2. Wilfong was ordered to pay $289 in fines and court costs.

Detrie, 41, of Petrolia waived to court a charge of identity theft, filed March 27.Ashton E. Dolan, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and underage drinking, filed July 4.William P. Kennihan II, 34, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI and driving with a suspended license, filed Aug. 18. Kennihan, in a separate case filed July 15, was held on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, hit-an-run, failing to immediately notify police of an accident, abandoning a vehicle on a road, false reports to police, driving without insurance, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and a lane violation.William M. Mesko, 46, of East Butler waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 13.Rachael M. Miller, 28, of Altoona, Blair County, was held for court on charges of theft and receiving stolen properly, filed Feb. 20.Trevor G. Walker, 22, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 20.Sara K. Ziemba, 33, of Franklin, Venango County, waived to court charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, hit-and-run, driving with a suspended license, driving on the wrong side of the road, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, reckless driving and not wearing a set belt.Alysha M. Zurzolo, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed July 31.
