CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Dustin Lee Holton, 24, of Emlenton plead guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was ordered to pay $469 in fines and court costs, filed Oct. 12.

Hayden Grasha, 18, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of DUI, property damage and being a minor operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, filed Jan. 1.

Earl Sanderson, 44, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of DUI, simple assault, harassment, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, speeding, careless driving and reckless driving, filed Dec. 29.

Adam Karch, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed June 7. He also waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed May 29.

Shawn Whitmire, 28, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Dec. 7.

Brittnee Marie Derberry, 22, of Bruin waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, speeding and careless driving, filed Jan. 2.

Andrew Richard McCall, 24, of Harrisville waived to court three counts of corruption of minors and three counts of indecent exposure, filed Feb. 1.

Larry Lint, 45, of Parker waived to court charges of manufacture, delivery and possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 27.

Dorothy Elaine Lint, no age given, of Parker waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 27.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases. Unless otherwise noted, all cases were filed by Butler Township police:Amanda A. Beck, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 14.William T. Evanoski, 54, of New Castle waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Dec. 13.Thomas W. Graham, 44, of Lyndora waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Jan. 3.John J. Halagich, 36, of Butler was held for court on charges of felony retail theft, receiving stolen property and possessing a controlled substance, filed Jan. 5.Jennifer B. Johnston, 42, of Butler waived to court a charge of DUI, filed Oct. 17.Christopher M. Kuriger, 27, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed Dec. 27. Kuriger was ordered to pay $818.87 in restitution, fines and court costs.Kaylin J. McClelland, 20, of Portersville waived to court charges of DUI, following too closely to another vehicle and a license plate display violation, filed Jan. 7 by state police.Eric M. Norris, 26, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Dec. 26.Jessica M. Rubio, 29, of Edinburg, Lawrence County, pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed Jan. 2. Rubio was ordered to pay $782.50 in fines and court costs.

District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:Lawrence James Klein, 29, of Rochester had her case held to court. Police on Nov. 21 charged her with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.Joseph Daniel Dryna, 26, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Police on Nov. 21 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.Richard F. Moyer II, 34, of New Castle waived his case to court. Police on Nov. 21 charged him with theft by unlawful taking.Mary Monica Wilson-Lefler, 62, of Sewickley waived her case to court. Police on Dec. 15 charged her with retail theft and receiving stolen property.Damian Kyle Yandura, 22, of New Brighton had his case held to court. County detectives on Nov. 1 charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.Eric Clakeley, 19, of Seven Fields waived his case to court. Police on Nov. 15 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.Heather Lynn Neely, 28, of Freedom waived her case to court. Police on Dec. 1 charged her with retail theft.Ashley Morgan Kudamik, 28, of Butler waived her case to court. Police on Oct. 12 charged her with retail theft.Joseph Ryan Quaill, 31, of Butler waived his case to court. Police on Nov. 15 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.Shane Alan Kunkle, 31, of Natrona Heights waived his case to court. Police on Nov. 15 charged him with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Waseem Osama Baassiri, 30, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Nov. 15 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.Edward Harry Kosela, 59, of Aliquippa waived his case to court. Police on Nov. 15 charged him with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Rachel Kirk, 23, of Valencia waived her case to court. The state police on Dec. 12 charged her with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.Sylvia Elizabeth Harris, 45, of Mars waived her case to court. Adams Township police on Jan. 30 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without insurance, reckless driving and resisting arrest.Kaitlyn Ann Zanicky, 20, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. Adams Township police on Jan. 3 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.John W. Koethe, 84, of Evans City waived his case to court. The state police on Jan. 2 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Scott Leslie Hughes, 41, of Evans City waived his case to court. The state police on Jan. 3 charged him with disseminating photos or films of child sex acts, possessing child pornography, criminal use of a communication facility, selling obscene or sexual materials and invasion of privacy.John Robert Williams, 43, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on Oct. 29 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving.Andrea Dore Goettman, 36, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. Jackson Township police on Dec. 21 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Jerry Bodish, 33, of Harmony waived his case to court. Lancaster Township police on Dec. 3 charged him with fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, reckless driving and driving with a suspended license.Robert Matthew Woodruff, 32, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. The state police on Jan. 17 charged him with theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief.Patrick Edward Williams, 47, of Mars waived his case to court. Adams Township police on Jan. 24 charged him with simple assault, making terroristic threats, defiant trespass, resisting arrest, harassment, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.Brett Patrick Joseph Quickle, 32, of Harmony waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on Dec. 3 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.Dylan Edward Neal, 21, of Evans City waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on Dec. 3 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.Robert Lee Simpson Jr., 18, of Evans City waived his case to court. Jackson Township police on Dec. 10 charged him with possession of a controlled substance and public drunkenness.
