Failed atheist's battle

On Nov. 20, the article "Atheist targets God motto on money," recounted Michael Newdon's four-year battle to ban the Pledge of Allegiance from public schools. His current quest is to remove God from money and monuments.

The rotten fruit of society, found in the upcoming generation, is reflective of abandoning God. The prison is bursting at the seams and another must be built; 3,000 adults are on probation in Butler alone. Heinous crimes are being committed by younger kids who are morally void and possessing no conscience. When your children are laying in a pool of blood, don't wring your hands and ask why did God let this happen — He was asked to leave long ago.

This man's obsession fails to realize we'll soon move to a cashless society to prevent fraud, unreported and untaxed income, and illegal aliens from working for cash.

Leave and go to China if you don't like God.

I'm consoled by the fact that no amount of time and money spent can erase history. Newdon uses dates and a calendar, which proclaim him a believer in Jesus Christ. History is divided in half; everything is measured from the life of Jesus Christ. All of time and all of history is measured before Christ, BC or after His death, AD, and no lawyer, nuclear scientist or Ph.D. can alter it, remove it or erase it.

All avowed atheists must concede to this fact to live in our society. For if they've ever written 2005 or any year, they are acknowledging Christ.
