Connell

Sharon Connell, 71, of Butler, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2026, in the comfort of her home. She was born Nov. 27, 1954, in Orlando, Fla.

Sharon lived life on her own terms and was a consistent presence in her family over the years. She loved to cook and spent much of her life caring for others as a licensed practical nurse (LPN).

She is survived by her children, Wendy Thorn (Tom), of Butler, Jason Tindall, of Butler, and Melanie Easterwood (Le-Edward), of Peoria, Ariz.; her sister, Melanie McNally, of Butler; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Eleanore Elkins; her sister, Regina Reist; and her brother, Randall Connell.

Her absence has left a lasting void in her family, and she will be deeply missed.

CONNELL — All arrangements for Sharon Connell, who died Sunday, April 19, 2026, were made through SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler. A private memorial dinner will be held at a later date.
