Youth Sports
Cross country athletes from Butler, Knoch and Seneca Valley participated in the North Allegheny Middle School Invitational recently. There were 12 teams and more than 450 runners in the event.
Bringing home medals were Seneca Valley’s Sophia Colonello (18th in girls race), Knoch’s Daniel Deal Jr. (sixth in boys race), Butler’s Cole Lyons (15th) and Knoch’s Luke Klutschkiowski (17th).
Ribbons were presented to the top 75 finishers in each race. Butler County runners in that category follow:
