A pair of Butler elementary wrestlers qualified for the Pennsylvania Junior Wrestling Championships by placing first at the Area 7 Tournament last weekend in Pittsburgh.

Levi Donnel, age 11, took first in the 12U/70-pound division.

Santino Sloboda, age 9, won the 10U/55-pound division.

Both wrestlers will travel to Wilkes-Barre for this weekend’s PJW finals.

Three other Butler wrestlers placed at the Boardman Open Tournament in Ohio.

Clayton Dressler (13/14 age group) went 3-0 to win the 98-pound weight class.

Sutton Stoner (7/8) also won all three of his bouts to top the field in the 80-pound weight class.

Owen Dressler (9/10) was 4-1 and finished runner-up at 77 pounds.
