PENN TWP - Diehl Automotive Group has received national certification as a Women's Business Enterprise by the Women's Business Enterprise Council in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey, a regional certifying partner of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
The council's national standard of certification is a process that includes a review of the business and a site inspection. The certification is designed to confirm the business is at least 51 percent owned, operated and controlled by a woman or women.
By including women-owned businesses among their vendors, corporations and government agencies show their commitment to fostering diversity and the continued development of their supplier/vendor diversity programs.

CLINTON TWP II-VI recently held its annual shareholders meeting in Pittsburgh.At that meeting, Peter Sognefest and Francis Kramer were re-elected to the board of directors.Carl Johnson, one of the company's founders, was appointed chairman of the board and Thomas Mistler as lead independent director of the board.Kramer was elected president and CEO; Craig Creaturo named CFO and treasurer; Vincent Mattera, Jr., is executive vice president; and James Marinelli was elected vice president of military and materials business.
