Police reports as of March 12, 2026

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler Twp

March 1 — Richard James Wagner Jr., 31, of West Sunbury, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 1 incident. Police said Wagner had a blood alcohol content of 0.243%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

March 2 — Christopher D. Russo, 49, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession following a Feb. 26 traffic stop. Police said Russo had a THC vape pen.

March 8 — Police investigated a three-vehicle crash around 5 p.m. on New Castle Road at the entrance to Butler Crossing. Police said Allan Roczko, 63, of Butler, failed to yield when turning into Butler Crossing and struck the vehicle of Zane Parker, 18, of Butler. Police said Parker turned into the next plaza but was unable to stop due to mechanical failure from the crash and struck a parked vehicle. Rozcko was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. Parker declined transport.

Cranberry Twp

March 2 — Grant Alex Boyle, 25, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following a Feb. 12 incident. Police said Boyle stole $749.74 in merchandise from Target.

March 3 — Johnathan Fernando Rivera, 34, of Pittsburgh, was charged with felony retail theft and misdemeanor receiving stolen property following a Feb. 12 incident. Police said Rivera stole $1,474.96 in merchandise from Walmart.

Middlesex Twp

March 2 — Michael Lee Wade, 44, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor theft following a Jan. 8 incident. Police said Wade stole $146.51 in services from an auto services store.

Slippery Rock University

Feb. 26 — Shaun Thomas Morrice, 48, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a Feb. 19 incident. Police said Morrice showed signs of impairment.

March 2 — Logan Noel Gubba, 22, of Grove City, was charged with misdemeanor accident involving damage following a Feb. 13 crash. Police said Gubba crashed into a vehicle and left the scene.

State police, Butler

Feb. 23 — Theresa L. Dlugopolski, 58, of Saxonburg, was charged with misdemeanor harassment following a Feb. 5 incident in Jefferson Township. Police said Dlugopolski sent a neighbor 24 text messages cursing at them.

Feb. 23 — Evan Mack Brown, 23, of New Kensington, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a Feb. 13 crash in Jefferson Township. Police said Brown showed signs of impairment.

Feb. 24 — Michael Ryan Malobicky, 42, of Cabot, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Feb. 23 incident in Winfield Township. Police said Malobicky restrained a woman and pushed her against a wall.

March 2 — Fred R. Miller, 59, of Tarentum, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a Dec. 17 crash in Clinton Township. Police said Miller tested positive for THC and had a blood alcohol content of 0.189%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

March 2 — Abagail Jayne Geiger, 21, of Grove City, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Dec. 28 crash in Mercer Township. Police said Geiger had a blood alcohol content of 0.171%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

March 2 — Christopher W. Danielson, 55, of Grove City, was charged with misdemeanor accident involving damage following a Dec. 5 incident. Police said Danielson crashed into a vehicle and left the scene.

March 2 — Wayne Alexander Barry, 37, of Harrisville, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a Feb. 14 traffic stop in Franklin Township. Police said Barry had a glass smoking pipe.

March 2 — Joni Lynn Saper, 40, of Karns City, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Feb. 28 incident in Butler Township. Police said Saper had a bag of marijuana.

March 2 — Kelsey Dakota Meyers, 29, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a Feb. 28 incident in Butler. Police said Meyers had a glass pipe and a stamp bag.

March 3 — Police investigated a single-vehicle crash around 7 a.m. on Oneida Valley Road in Allegheny Township. Police said Kenneth R. Renninger, 46, of Parker, lost control and drove his Ford Taurus off the road into a tree. He was taken to AHN Grove City with suspected minor injuries.

March 7 — Police responded with fire and EMS to The Heights apartment complex in Slippery Rock Township for reports of a 19-year-old man from Pittsburgh with a broken ankle. Police determined the man to be intoxicated and charged him.

March 9 — Police investigated a single-vehicle crash at 7:45 p.m. on Windy Point Road in Marion Township. Police said Andrew J. Rodgers, 22, of Harrisville, struck a deer with his Yamaha motorbike and was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with suspected minor injuries.
