Police reports: Feb. 12 to 17
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Feb. 12 — Kellie Lynn Horne, 41, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of receiving stolen property and drug paraphernalia possession following a Feb. 12 incident. Police said Horne had a stolen pair of shoes and a suspected crack pipe.
Feb. 16 — Ethan Miller, 18, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest and simple assault following a Feb. 16 incident. Police said Miller struck a man multiple times in the ribs, arm and head and resisted officers.
Feb. 12 — Michelle Evett Debacco, 37, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following a Feb. 3 incident. Police said Debacco attempted to steal $372.76 in merchandise from Walmart.
Feb. 12 — Adrian Quentin Nicelli, 25, of Butler, was charged with felony retail theft following a Jan. 29 incident. Police said Nicelli stole $1,200 in merchandise from Dick’s Sporting Goods.
Feb. 12 — Mackensie Rose Roccia, 23, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a Jan. 3 traffic stop. Police said Roccia tested positive for THC.
Feb. 12 — Joseph R. Birsa, 48, of Cranberry Township, was charged with felony strangulation and misdemeanor simple assault following a Feb. 11 incident. Police said Birsa threw a can of cooking spray at a woman, sprayed her with soda, pushed her, held a knife to her neck and strangled her.
Feb. 13 — Johnathan Fernando Rivera, 34, was charged with one felony count each of retail theft and receiving stolen property following a Feb. 8 incident. Police said Rivera stole $2,866.10 in merchandise from Walmart.
Feb. 14 — Kodey Howard, 22, of Jeanette, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of disorderly conduct and drug paraphernalia possession following a Feb. 13 incident. Police said Howard was screaming outside of a restaurant and had a small pipe and a brown smoking bowl.
Feb. 13 — Tyler Michael Roberts, 29, of Brackenridge, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and disorderly conduct following a Feb. 13 incident. Police said Roberts punched a woman multiple times and slammed her on the ground.
Feb. 13 — Matthew Eugene Joseph, 45, of Renfrew, was charged with felony strangulation and misdemeanor simple assault following a Feb. 12 incident. Police said Joseph struck a woman in the head, pushed her to the ground and put his arm around her neck.
Feb. 9 — David Chris Stirling, 66, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Feb. 8 incident in Jefferson Township. Police said Stirling struck a woman’s arm and grabbed her wrists.
Feb. 17 — Jessica Lynn Parker, 25, of Meadville, was charged with 14 misdemeanor DUI counts and eight misdemeanor counts of drug paraphernalia possession following a May 24 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Parker tested positive for cocaine, methamphetamine, amphetamine and THC. According to police, she also had crack cocaine, seven Adderall pills, 11 suboxone packages, three push bars with residue, a brown tube with residue, a pink plastic razor with residue and a crack pipe with residue.
Feb. 17 — Zachery James Detrick, 22, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of drug paraphernalia possession following a May 24 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Detrick had a grinder and a crack pipe.
