Police reports: Feb. 11, 2026

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp.

Jan. 21 — Kevin Patrick Flaherty, 59, of Gibsonia, was charged with felony forgery following a Dec. 8 report. Police said Flaherty signed someone else’s name on financial documents.

Jan. 22 — Brian Marshall Bowers, 30, of Mars, was charged with felony carrying a firearm without a license and three misdemeanor DUI counts following a Nov. 29 incident. Police said Bowers had a firearm with an expired concealed carry permit and had a blood alcohol content of 0.209%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Butler Twp.

Jan. 21 — Meghan Brooke Phillips, 41, of Allison Park, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following a Jan. 7 incident. Police said Phillips stole 48 items from Target. Police did not specify a value.

Jan. 21 — Jeremy A. Delp, 18, of Kittanning, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Jan. 8 incident. Police said Delp had a plastic bag of suspected marijuana, a blue glass pipe and two marijuana vapes.

Jan. 21 — Thaisa Summers, 61, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Jan. 10 traffic stop. Police said Summers showed signs of impairment.

Cranberry Twp.

Jan. 21 — Kharena Beatrice-Kaye Dallas, 22, of Beaver Falls, was charged with misdemeanor accident involving damage following a Dec. 18 crash. Police said Dallas struck a vehicle and left the scene.

Lancaster Twp.

Jan. 23 — Trenton John Tompkins, 39, of Prospect, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Oct. 28 traffic stop. Police said Tompkins tested positive for fentanyl.

State police, Butler

Jan. 21 — Roberto Rodriq Lowry Jr., 32, of Coraopolis, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of DUI and marijuana possession following an Oct. 29 traffic stop in Butler Township. Police said Lowry tested positive for THC and had about 2 grams of marijuana.

Jan. 22 — Jesse James Litzinger, 24, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Nov. 23 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Litzinger had a blood alcohol content of 0.147%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Jan. 22 — Tegan Valerie Mueller, 25, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Jan. 9 traffic stop in Center Township. Police said Mueller’s blood alcohol content was 0.172%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Jan. 22 — Breanna A. Link, 29, of Charlotte, N.C., was charged with misdemeanor accident involving damage following a Dec. 17 crash in Cranberry Township. Police said Link hit another vehicle and left the scene.

Jan. 23 — Bradley Owen Hill, 43, of Petrolia, was charged with one count each of felony and misdemeanor DUI following a Jan. 23 crash in Oakland Township. Police said Hill showed signs of impairment.

Feb. 9 — Police investigated the theft of a firearm: a black Diamondback Gen2 .380 ACP with a six-round magazine with one round in the chamber. The weapon was stolen from the vehicle of a 39-year-old Saxonburg man whose car was parked in his driveway along Butler Road. The weapon is valued at $313 and was stolen between Dec. 25 and Jan. 18.
