Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Jan. 8 — Mark Pfenninger, 66, of Mars, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of possession of display documents and unauthorized vehicle use following a Nov. 29 traffic stop. Police said Pfenninger had an altered inspection sticker and did not have the owner’s permission to drive the vehicle.
Jan. 7 — Anthony L. Conti-Pampuch, 25, of Pittsburgh, was charged with felony access device fraud following a Sept. 14 incident. Police said Conti-Pampuch used someone else’s credit card to purchase $787 in merchandise.
Jan. 7 — Lee R. Hockenberry, 56, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following a Dec. 1 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Hockenberry had a small plastic bag of suspected crack cocaine.
Jan. 7 — Kevin Scott Jackson, 39, of Coal Township, was charged with felony retail theft following a Jan. 5 incident in Center Township. Police said Jackson stole almost $1,725 in merchandise from Rural King.
Jan. 7 — Dana Kelsey Gordon, 28, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Dec. 1 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Gordon had a blood alcohol content of 0.114%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Jan. 7 — Scott Allen Locke, 54, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of driving while suspended and misdemeanor DUI following a Nov. 15 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Locke was driving without a license, had his driving privileges suspended and showed signs of impairment.
