Kirk Duve, 51, of Sarver waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Oct. 31 by state police.
Michael Ehrman, 44, of Butler was held for court on charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment, filed by state police.
Debra Foley, 47, of Butler waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed Oct. 30 by Middlesex Township police.
David Ganoe, 43, of Imperial, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief, filed Aug. 17 by state police. He was ordered to pay $300 in fines and court costs.
Daniel Gerard, 22, of Kittanning waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 13 by Buffalo Township police.
Joshua McWilliams, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and criminal mischief, filed Nov. 14 by Penn Township police.
Jessica Schultz, 28, of Valencia waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, endangering the welfare of children, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed July 6 by Middlesex Township police.
Robert Sutara, 49, of Saxonburg waived to court a charge of DUI, filed Oct. 12 by Buffalo Township police.
Bryan Wissinger, 42, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to charges of driving with a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance, filed Oct. 31 by Buffalo Township police. He was ordered to pay $588 in fines and court costs.
