Helen Henry
Helen A. Henry, 97, of Cabot, passed away Monday, Jan. 12, 2026, at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born Oct. 23, 1928, in Cabot, she was the daughter of Carl Reith and Minnie Herritt Reith.
Helen was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church, where she had served on the Altar Guild and was a Sunday school teacher for many years. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, crafts and square dancing. Helen had been very involved volunteering with the Butler Farm Show in the craft barn.
Surviving are four children, Duane Henry, of Latrobe, Ron (Cindy) Henry, of Albuquerque, N.M., Joyce (Scott) Emmel, of Butler, and Jim (Jeanne Walters) Henry, of Cabot; four grandchildren, Todd (Beth) Henry, Elisabeth Henry, Jaime Emmel and Will Emmel; two great-grandchildren; and several stepgrandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, LeRoy Henry, on April 20, 2016; her brother, Clarence Reith; and her sister, Mae McClain.
HENRY — Friends of Helen A. Henry, who died Monday, Jan. 12, 2026, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 15, at FOX FUNERAL HOME, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 16, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Brian Bocian officiating.
Interment will follow in St. Luke Cemetery.
