Warren Raymond Stamm, 93, formerly of Franklin Township, passed away Tuesday at the Autumn Grove Care Center in Harrisville.

He was born Sept. 1, 1917, in Franklin Township and was the son of the late William Ernest and Minnie Campbell Stamm.

He was a member of the Mount Zion Baptist Church, Prospect.

He was a lifelong farmer. He also was a truck driver and carpenter and worked at the Stoughton Acres Golf Course.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, bowling and cutting grass.

He is survived by his wife, Lucille Babara Pranulis Stamm, who he married Oct. 26, 1974; four daughters, Beverly Snow of Grove City, Kay Dunkerley of Atlanta, Pamela Walker of Butler and Sandy Schreffler of Butler; two stepchildren, Robert O. Murphy Jr. and Barbara Lindey, both of Butler; 11 grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Marie Reed Stamm, who passed away Oct. 3, 1968, and one son, Randy Stamm. He was the last surviving family member of his siblings. His four sisters and four brothers have passed away.

<B>STAMM</B> — Visitation for Warren Raymond Stamm, who died Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2010, will be Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the <B>Edward L. Raisley Funeral Home</B>, 387 Main St., Prospect. The funeral service will be Friday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Ben Oesterling, his church pastor, officiating.
