The jerk at the DMV is operating outside the mandate of his chosen profession. His deplorable actions are absolutely counter to the purpose and function of his post, and he should be removed from it at once, if not punished, for his egregious lack of judgment.

Be specific, cite details of what was said, done, etc.; describe his manner and behavior precisely; note the date and time of the incident.

PennDOT's web site has a section specifically for teen drivers. Note that the very first recommendation under the "Tips for Parents" section is "Set and example". This fool is obviously too cocky and comfortable in a position he does a miserably poor job at filling. Get your complaints together and oust this neanderthal. Your taxes are paying his salary. Demand justice. Go get'm!
