Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Dec. 3 — James Erwin Fleeger, 42, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a Dec. 2 incident. Police said Fleeger had a crack pipe.
Dec. 8 — Trenton John Tompkins, 39, of Prospect, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of DUI, controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an Oct. 27 incident. Police said Tompkins tested positive for fentanyl and had a used bag of heroin and a snorting straw.
Dec. 8 — Randy Eugene Schuller Jr., 39, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of open lewdness, indecent exposure and disorderly conduct following a Dec. 5 incident. Police said Schuller was seen urinating off his front porch.
Dec. 8 — Lindsay Jane Wetzel, 40, of Saxonburg, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following a Sept. 29 incident. Police said Wetzel stole $581.34 in merchandise from Walmart.
Dec. 8 — Ben Rajesh Nagle Jr., 32, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct following a July 3 incident. Police said Nagle intentionally broke a mirror worth $159.99.
Dec. 8 — Max Cleveland Darbee, 31, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Oct. 24 crash. Police said Darbee had a blood alcohol content of 0.153%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
