Police reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

Dec. 2 — Connor Alan McCauley, 27, of Mars, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Oct. 26 incident. Police said McCauley had a blood alcohol content of 0.174%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Butler County Detectives

Dec. 2 — Ryan Joshua Todd, 48, of Karns City, was charged with misdemeanor furnishing drug-free urine following a May 20 incident. Police said Todd attempted to provide a fake urine sample for a drug test.

Cranberry Twp

Dec. 5 — Anthony Jael Hawkins, 30, of Weirton, W.Va., was charged with one misdemeanor count each of retail theft and receiving stolen property following an Oct. 24 incident. Police said Hawkins stole $676.47 in merchandise from Costco.

Northern Regional Police Department

Dec. 4 — Joseph Brown Petry, 46, of Seven Fields, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and controlled substance possession following a Dec. 4 traffic stop in Cranberry Township. Police said Petry head-butted a woman, held her down and bit her, and had two loose pills without a prescription.

Slippery Rock University

Dec. 4 — Briana Nicole Mattas, 19, of Morton, was charged with misdemeanor resisting arrest following a Dec. 3 incident. Police said Mattas attempted to pull away from officers.

State police, Butler

Dec. 2 — Amy Lynn Bolk, 52, of Mars, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Nov. 23 traffic stop in Adams Township. Police said Bolk had a blood alcohol content of 0.138%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Dec. 2 — Bradley John Dippold, 26, of Valencia, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Nov. 21 traffic stop in Adams Township. Police said Dippold had a blood alcohol content of 0.149%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Dec. 3 — Heidi Marie Bigger, 25, of Ellwood City, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a Nov. 4 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Bigger tested positive for methamphetamine and had a glass stem pipe with residue, a pack of small Ziploc bags, several torch lighters and a cut plastic straw.

Dec. 3 — Katelyn Marie Wiley, 35, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Nov. 15 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Wiley had a blood alcohol content of 0.111%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Dec. 3 — Robert Lee Plutyk, 74, of Saxonburg, was charged with felony criminal mischief and three misdemeanor DUI counts following an April 3 crash in Clinton Township. Police said Plutyk crashed into two parked vehicles and had a blood alcohol content of 0.128%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Dec. 3 — Joseph Dwight Burgoon, 46, of Slippery Rock, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Nov. 27 traffic stop in Slippery Rock. Police said Burgoon had marijuana.
