Man, if you think Pa has some issues you should see what it's like here in Virginia. My hubby is in the Marine Corp and they are thinking about possibly increasing the fine to 300 minimum for speeding on the interstate. People are really grumbling about it because apparently they are only tacking these fines on for the locals and not out of state drivers. I guess they say it is to help pay for highway expansion and repairs. Seriously, if you seen the mess it is down here you'd be wishing to be back in Pa. I can actually see my tax dollars doing something at home, here it's a whole different story. I'm paying for high end officials to drive around in fancy vehicles and all the while hear them complaining how they deserve raises. Give me a break!
