The Butler Memorial Hospital entrance on Jefferson Street reopened after crews removed snow and salted the area Tuesday morning, Dec. 2.

Butler County Emergency Services dispatch reported around 7:55 a.m. Tuesday morning the Jefferson Street entrance of Butler Memorial Hospital would be closed until further notice.

A dispatch report advised emergency responders transporting patients to the hospital to use the Brady Street entrance.

The Jefferson Street entrance was reported to be reopened around 9 a.m., according to Melissa Forster, a marketing and media relations specialist for Independence Health.
