Police reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler

Nov. 17 — Hawkess Rayquan Warren, 19, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following an Oct. 31 incident. Police said Warren stole $545.57 in merchandise from a smoke shop.

Nov. 17 — Robert Marlon-Anthony Allen, 26, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft following an Oct. 31 incident. Police said Allen stole $545.57 in merchandise from a smoke shop.

Butler Twp

Nov. 18 — Peter Edwin Armstrong III, 24, of Slippery Rock, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following an Oct. 20 crash. Police said Armstrong tested positive for cocaine and fentanyl.

Nov. 18 — John Henry Slick, 59, of Butler, was charged with felony forgery following a Nov. 9 incident. Police said Slick attempted to use a fake $50 bill.

State police, Butler

Nov. 17 — Tasha Noelle Darrah, 48, of Darlington, was charged with misdemeanor trespass following a Nov. 14 incident in Summit Township. Police said Darrah was at a property where she was not permitted.

Nov. 17 — Edge Wyatt Kerry, 32, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a Nov. 15 incident in Cherry Township. Police said Kerry pulled a woman’s hair, twisted her arm and bit her shoulder.

Nov. 17 — Tiffany L. Agostino, 36, of Boyers, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a Nov. 3 crash in Marion Township. Police said Agostino tested positive for THC.

Nov. 17 — William Laimont Baker, 58, of McDonald, was charged with felony transfer of firearm and misdemeanor statement under penalty following an April 22, 2024, incident in Clearfield Township. Police said Baker answered falsely on a firearm application.

Nov. 17 — Attaya Lehne Rhodes, 21, of Campbell, Ohio, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts following a Nov. 2 incident in Slippery Rock. Police said Rhodes showed signs of impairment.
