Patricia L. 'Pat' Rihel
Patricia L. "Pat" Rihel, 71, a resident of Eau Claire Road, Harrisville, Marion Township, for the past 41 years, died at 5:20 a.m. Wednesday at the Trinity Living Center, Grove City, after a brief illness.
She was born Oct. 11, 1937, to George W. Pizor and Geraldine Hoffman Pizor.
She was a homemaker, and she formerly was employed by the Bell Telephone Co. of Pennsylvania at its Grove City office in the 1950s and early 1960s.
Mrs. Rihel was a member of the Harrisville United Methodist Church.
She was a graduate of the Lakeview High School Class of 1955.
She was a member of the National Campers and Travelers Inc. She was a former member of the Harrisville Deer Hunters, the Sunset Riders Motorcycle Association and the Order of the Eastern Star, Chapter 86 of Grove City.
She enjoyed camping, quilting, knitting and traveling.
Surviving are two daughters, Cynthia Burton and her husband, Leon, and Joy Morton and her husband, Jeffrey, all of Harrisville; four grandsons, Kevin Burton and his wife, Sarah, Keith Burton and his fiancee, Shannon Farone, Craig Morton and Matthew Morton; and three great-grandchildren, Isaac, Joshua and Kaylee Burton.
She was preceded in death by her parents. Her husband, Clair Robert Rihel, whom she married April 20, 1956, died May 4, 2000. A brother, George W. "Bill" Pizor, also preceded her in death.
<B>RIHEL </B>— Visitation for Patricia L. "Pat" Rihel, who died Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2008, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the <B>Cunningham Funeral Home</B>, Grove City. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Harrisville United Methodist Church with the Rev. William Hasting, pastor of the church, officiating.
