Stephen G. Batchelder, 33, of Butler was held for court on charges of aggravated indecent assault of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of a person less than 13 years old, indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old and child endangerment, filed Aug. 29.

Calvin O. Duehart Jr., 27, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and two counts of criminal mischief, filed July 23.

Brian A. Everly, 40, of Karns City pleaded guilty to a charge of theft, filed Aug. 27. Everly was ordered to pay $489 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Richard P. Hesidence, 55, of Butler waived to court charges of stalking, loitering and prowling at night, driving under the influence and driving without headlights to avoid arrest, filed Sept. 27.

James S. Longo, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, possessing a controlled substance, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed June 22.

William D. Makuta, 57, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed May 17.

Diane Pusateri, 48, of Butler waived to court four counts of reckless endangerment, two counts of simple assault and charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and harassment, filed Sept. 24.

Douglas E. Thompson, 57, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 4 by Butler County detectives. Thompson was ordered to pay $569 in fines and court costs.
