Four-year-old Jack Lowrey of Penn Township takes a ride on the Diehl Automotive Dragon at the Carved in Ice Festival sponsored by Butler AM Rotary at Diamond Park in Butler on Saturday. Organizer Dena Martinez said the Rotary was hoping to surpass the $20,000 raised during last year’s event.
