Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Oct. 27 — Ayush Singh, 18, of Mars, was charged with a misdemeanor license violation following an Oct. 23 traffic stop. Police said Singh had a fake driver’s license.
Nov. 7 — Police are requesting assistance in an investigation regarding a crash around 12:55 p.m. near the intersection of Evans City and Eberhart roads. Anyone with information is requested to call 724-285-9600 and ask for Officer Winkler.
Oct. 28 — Steven Rubosky Jr., 36, of Homestead, was charged with misdemeanor accident involving damage following an Aug. 9 crash. Police said Rubosky hit a vehicle and fled the scene.
Oct. 28 — Kelly Elizabeth Gray, 43, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor accident involving damage following a Sept. 26 crash. Police said Gray struck a vehicle and failed to stop and had a blood-alcohol level of 0.202%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Oct. 28 — Paulino Pacheco Pacheco, 40, of Mars, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 22 crash. Police said Pacheco Pacheco had a blood-alcohol level of 0.216%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Oct. 28 — Christina Hiller, 25, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanor controlled substance possession following an Aug. 22 incident. Police said Hiller had methamphetamine in a rehabilitation and nursing facility.
Oct. 28 — Andrew Charles Stepp, 30, of Hilliards, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest and evading arrest following a June 14 incident. Police said Stepp ran from police, refused commands, resisted police and tested positive for methamphetamine.
Oct. 29 — Eric Dean Letcher Jr., 43, of Butler, was charged with one felony count each of controlled substance possession, manufacture or possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia possession following an Aug. 13 incident. Police said Letcher showed signs of impairment and had a clear cylinder with several white and clear pieces of rocks.
Oct. 20 — Jason Andrew Holloway, 55, of Freeport, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and disorderly conduct following an Oct. 20 incident in Jefferson Township. Police said Holloway punched a man and engaged in a fight.
Oct. 28 — Michael Roy Yockey, 35, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor theft counts following a July 27, 2024, incident in Center Township. Police said Yockey stole $365 in cash from a woman.
Oct. 28 — Christine Ann Sanderson, 52, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a Sept. 1 incident in Connoquenessing Township. Police said Sanderson tested positive for fentanyl and had 25 empty glassine stamp bags.
Oct. 28 — Shawn Patrick Macklin, 57, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following a July 11 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Macklin had a blood-alcohol level of 0.187%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Oct. 28 — Bo Brady Murray, 40, of Lower Burrell, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a Nov. 7 traffic stop in Butler. Police said Murray had a glass crack pipe.
Oct. 29 — Dheeraj Paladugu, 33, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 8 traffic stop in Jackson Township. Police said Paladugu had a blood-alcohol level of 0.099%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Oct. 29 — Clay Edward Bricker, 23, of Evans City, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 3 crash in Forward Township. Police said Bricker had a blood alcohol content of 0.22%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Oct. 29 — Tracy L. Powers, 55, of Butler, was charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor theft following an Oct. 27 incident in East Butler. Police said Powers entered a residence without permission and stole a $333.89 ring and a $50 black speaker.
Oct. 29 — John Walter Duncan III, 30, of New Castle, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following an Oct. 28 incident in Oakland Township. Police said Duncan threw a woman onto a chair and punched her twice.
Nov. 5 — Police investigated a two-vehicle crash with one injury around 8:30 a.m. on Oneida Valley Road in Oakland Township. Police said Kayla D. Wagner, 36, of Chicora, driving a Hyundai, rear-ended a Ford Escape driven by Julie A. Marshall, 51, of Parker. Marshall was transported to Butler Memorial Hospital with a suspected minor injury.
Nov. 9 — Police investigated a disorderly conduct incident on Rolling Valley Lane in Connoquenessing Township. Police said Nathan Cornell, 36, of Chicora, and Sara McGregor, 26, of Butler, were arrested following the incident.
Nov. 9 — Police investigated a single-vehicle rollover crash around 3:11 p.m. on Ekastown Road in Clinton Township. Police said Joseph J. Shwallon, 39, of Saxonburg, lost control of a Mitsubishi Outlander, struck a tree and overturned onto the drivers side. Shwallon was uninjured.
Nov. 10 — Police said they investigated a theft of $296.52 from a 73-year-old Prospect man’s bank account that occurred between July 31 and Sept. 29.
