Carl David Mills, 67, of Butler died Monday, Nov. 10 at North Hills Passavant Hospital, Pittsburgh, attended by his friend, Keith Mahan, and the MICU staff.

Born Nov. 6, 1941, in Spartanburg, S.C., he was the son of the late Gaddis W. and Berdie Wyatt Mills.

He was a retired member of the Iron Workers of Western Pennsylvania and a 31-year member of the John E. Mair Lodge 729 F.&A.M. of Mars.

Survivors include his son, David Lee Mills of Butler; three sisters, Thelma Davis of Ft. Walton Beach, Fla., Barbara Farmer of Frisco City, Ala., and Martha Dale Vaughan of Sausalito, Calif.; six nephews and four nieces.
