Margaret Dickman
Margaret Louise Dickman, 77, of Butler, peacefully passed away Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025, at Good Samaritan Hospice House in Wexford, while under hospice care.
Born Dec. 10, 1947, in Butler, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Mary Benson Weiland.
Margaret was a faithful member of Mount Zion Baptist Church in Prospect, where she enjoyed working with the children.
She retired in August 2023 as an accountant at Lifesteps of Butler County.
Her hobbies were painting and sewing.
Margaret is survived by her husband Rodney Dickman, whom she married March 18, 1995; one son, Dave (Ruth) Weiland of Hooker; two daughters, Laura (David) Kleinatland and Jennifer (Danny) Quinley, all of Alabama; grandchildren, Zachariah Weiland, Lillandra Weiland, Dustin Brothers, Caleb Brothers, Valerie Brothers, Alyssa Brothers, Courtney Lewis and Cameron Lewis; and siblings, Jerry (Sherrie) Weiland, Guy (Cindy) Weiland, Leonard (Beth) Weiland, Norine Rowley, Cecelia Schmeider, Betty (Pete) Green and Shirley (Jerry) Garing.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Rosalie Bentley, Rita Ehrman and Mary Ann Mellish.
DICKMAN — A memorial service for Margaret Louise Dickman, who died Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15, at Mount Zion Baptist Church, 900 Mount Zion Church Road, Prospect, with her pastor, the Rev. Ben Oesterling, officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages any who can to donate blood at your local donation center to help leukemia patients and all who are in need.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of RAISLEY FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 387 Main St., Prospect.
