Police reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:
Oct. 22 — Robert Woodson Arthur, 54, of Beaver Falls, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI following an Oct. 12 incident. Police said Arthur had a blood alcohol content of 0.166%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Oct. 22 — Rocco M. Siamacco, 69, of West Mifflin, was charged with two misdemeanor harassment counts following a Sept. 19 incident. Police said Siamacco threatened a man after calling his business multiple times.
Oct. 27 — Benjamin Galdamez Jaco, 42, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following an Oct. 18 incident. Police said Galdamez Jaco showed signs of impairment.
Oct. 23 — Oscar Bailey Jackson, 66, of Butler, was charged with one felony count each of possession of a firearm while prohibited and possession of a firearm with the manufacturer number altered following an Oct. 23 incident. Police said Jackson had a revolver with the serial number scratched off.
Oct. 25 — Justin Matthew Desamour, of Butler, was charged with felony criminal trespass and misdemeanor false identification to law enforcement following an Oct. 25 incident. Police said Desamour identified himself using a fake name and was in a building where only residents were allowed.
Oct. 27 — Kevin Michael Victor, 36, of Renfrew, was charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor theft following an Oct. 25 incident. Police said Victor entered a residence without permission and stole a black Android cellphone.
Oct. 22 — Kristin M. Caldwell, 43, of Lyndora, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following an Oct. 22 incident. Police said Caldwell punched a man in the nose.
Oct. 22 — Savannah Kaye Rogers, 19, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a Sept. 18 traffic stop. Police said Rogers had a glass pipe with burned residue and a capped syringe.
Oct. 22 — Rachel E. Topping, 40, of Kittanning, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Sept. 29 incident. Police said Topping had methamphetamine and two syringes.
Oct. 23 — Trevor Gregory Walker, 35, of Butler, was charged with three misdemeanor DUI counts and one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession, drug paraphernalia possession and operating without an ignition interlock following a Sept. 27 traffic stop. Police said Walker tested positive for Xanax and cocaine and had suspected crack cocaine.
Oct. 23 — Randy Richard Hoesch, 38, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief and ungraded criminal trespass following a Sept. 15 incident. Police said Hoesch slept in two campers and left trash inside.
Oct. 28 — Jeffrey Allen Cotherman, 60, of Kennerdell, was charged with misdemeanor abandoning a vehicle on private property following a June 16 incident in Butler Township. Police said Cotherman built a modular home on county property and failed to move it.
Oct. 28 — Howard James Hammond III, 68, of Corry, was charged with misdemeanor abandoning a vehicle on private property following a June 16 incident in Butler Township. Police said Hammond built a modular home on county property and failed to move it.
Oct. 21 — Lana Lee Wallace, 22, of Shapsville, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct following a Sept. 27 incident. Police said Wallace punched a woman in the face and struck her several times.
Oct. 21 — Alexis Rose Kohler, 22, of New Wilmington, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of simple assault and disorderly conduct following a Sept. 27 incident. Police said Kohler grabbed a woman’s neck, shoved her and lunged at her.
Oct. 3-4 — Police responded to Pattison Street in Evans City for reports of criminal mischief. Police spoke with an unnamed 52-year-old woman and found the front tires of her vehicle had been slashed.
Oct. 6 — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash between a Commonwealth paving vehicle and a Peterbilt 567 truck around 1:15 p.m. on Center Drive in Concord Township. Police said Steven P. Zorbas, 56, of Grove City, was driving the paving vehicle. Brian K. Johns, 52, of Fenelton, was driving the Peterbilt truck and got too close to the paving vehicle, causing the Peterbilt to be electrified. The shock caused damage to the Peterbilt’s tires, but neither driver was injured.
Oct. 21 — David M. Walters, 54, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following an Oct. 15 crash in Franklin Township. Police said Walters had a blood alcohol content of 0.225%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Nov. 2 — Police pulled over an unnamed 17-year-old boy, of Sarver, around 3:15 a.m. in Center Township and charged him with DUI.
Oct. 27 — Alyssa Marie Herman, 35, of Evans City, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following an Oct. 27 incident in Forward Township. Police said Herman punched a man in the face.
Oct. 28 — Stacey L. Harris, 49, of Boyers, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a Sept. 8 incident in Venango Township. Police said Harris had a yellow container with a small amount of marijuana.
Oct. 28 — Cole M. Clark, 25, of Cowansville, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Oct. 10 crash. Police said Clark had a blood alcohol content of 0.140%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Oct. 28 — Kevin Andrew Strauser, 32, of Andover, Ohio, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 17 incident in Parker Township. Police said Strauser had a blood alcohol content of 0.146%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Oct. 28 — Scott Allan Whitmire, 47, of Petrolia, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of false identification to law enforcement, controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an Aug. 30 traffic stop in Cherry Township. Police said Whitmire gave police a false name and had a clear container of suspected methamphetamine.
Oct. 28 — Brian Curtis Kelly, 35, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a March 15 crash in Marion Township. Police said Kelly had a blood alcohol content of 0.251%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Oct. 28 — Logan Mathew Dittman, 21, of Chicora, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 14 traffic stop in Clay Township. Police said Dittman had a blood alcohol content of 0.23%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
Oct. 28 — Anthony Kevin Johnson, 36, of Pittsburgh, was charged with four misdemeanor DUI counts and misdemeanor marijuana possession following a Sept. 12 traffic stop in Butler Township. Police said Johnson had suspected marijuana and tested positive for THC.
