Police reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Slippery Rock

Oct. 19 — Karen Rasmussen, 47, of Slippery Rock, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest and obstruction following an Oct. 18 incident. Police said Rasmussen refused to exit a police vehicle after being transported and refused to stand.

Oct. 19 — Breanna Marie Byce, 28, of Pittsburgh, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest and obstruction, and an ungraded count of DUI following an Oct. 19 incident. Police said Byce refused to answer questions from police, refused police commands and showed signs of impairment.

Oct. 20 — Gavin Michael Ramandanes, 21, of Washington, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of obstruction and conspiracy to commit retail theft following a Sept. 17 incident. Police said Ramandanes stole two wine bottles valued at $37.30 and refused to tell police his accomplice.

State police, Butler

Oct. 20 — Bryan David Deal, 49, of Port Washington, Wis., was charged with five misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 29 incident in Center Township. Police said Deal showed signs of impairment and tested positive for alcohol below the legal limit and multiple medications.

Oct. 20 — James H. Confer III, 35, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Oct. 3 crash in Karns City. Police said Confer had a blood alcohol content of 0.186%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Oct. 20 — Justin Michael Crispin, 35, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following an Oct. 18 incident in Franklin Township. Police said Crispin had a blood alcohol content of 0.18%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Oct. 20 — Heidi Ellen Lyons, 47, of Poland, Ohio, was charged with felony possession with intent to deliver controlled substances following an Oct. 18 traffic stop in Muddy Creek Township. Police said Lyons had 40 grams of methamphetamine, 20 Xanax pills, 5.5 grams of an unknown off-white powder and a pill bottle containing suspected methamphetamine.

Oct. 20 — Brent Jacob Bish, 31, of Petrolia, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Oct. 18 traffic stop in Center Township. Police said Bish had a blood alcohol content of 0.138%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
