Police reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Buffalo Twp

Oct. 15 — Tynan Sub, 19, of Tidioute, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault following a July 8 incident. Police said Sub kicked a girl in the back multiple times, punched her in the shoulder and twisted her right wrist.

Oct. 15 — Todd Lyle McCanch, 56, of New Kensington, was charged with misdemeanor accident involving injury following a Sept. 17 crash. Police said McCanch crashed into a man on a motorcycle and fled.

Oct. 16 — John Paul Cooper, 48, of McAlester, Okla., was charged with one misdemeanor count each of terroristic threats and harassment following an Oct. 16 incident. Police said Cooper attempted to fight officers and threatened another man.

Butler Twp

Oct. 15 — Tavis Shamul Sadulski, 40, of Lyndora, was charged with misdemeanor DUI following an Oct. 15 crash. Police said Sadulski showed signs of impairment.

Oct. 15 — Rachelle Lynette McMillian, 63, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following an Oct. 6 incident. Police said McMillian had a clear smoking pipe.

Oct. 16 — Darryl Ricky Brown, 64, of Lyndora, was charged with misdemeanor unsworn falsification to authorities following a Sept. 23 incident. Police said Brown withheld information from police.

Grove City

Oct. 16 — Jakob Kerr, 29, of Slippery Rock, was charged with felony possession of controlled substances with intent to deliver and one misdemeanor count each of controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following an Oct. 16 incident. Police said Kerr’s vehicle was located in Grove City Memorial Park with controlled substances and drug paraphernalia inside.

State police, Butler

Oct. 13 — Police investigated a wire tap violation involving a 9-year-old girl from Harrisville in Mercer Township.

Oct. 15 — Donna M. Zunic, 54, of Gibsonia, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 20 crash in Clinton Township. Police said Zunic had a blood alcohol content of 0.172%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Oct. 15 — Destin Wayne Spellman, 26, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 29 traffic stop in Butler Township. Police said Spellman had a blood alcohol content of 0.112%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Oct. 15 — Noah Michael Kalnas, 28, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession following a June 8, 2024, traffic stop in Butler Township. Police said Kalnas had a THC vape pen.

Oct. 15 — James Edward Kasparek, 43, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a July 23 incident in Butler Township. Police said Kasparek had a blood alcohol content of 0.187%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Oct. 15 — Cole Patrick Coddington, 26, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 15 traffic stop in Butler Township. Police said Coddington had a blood alcohol content of 0.184%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Oct. 16 — Nathaniel P. Manculich, 27, of Chicora, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 12 crash in Clearfield Township. Police said Manculich had a blood alcohol content of 0.173%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Oct. 16 — Brandon Michael Meyerl, 32, of Evans City, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a Sept. 27 crash in Forward Township. Police said Meyerl had a blood alcohol content of 0.159%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.

Oct. 16 — Autumn Margaret Dobrin, 36, of Valencia, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following an Aug. 29 traffic stop in Jackson Township. Police said Dobrin showed signs of impairment.

State police, Kittanning

Oct. 16 — Stephen Francis Sanders, 39, of Cabot, was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts following a June 28 traffic stop in Clearfield Township. Police said Sanders had a blood alcohol content of 0.149%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is 0.08%.
