Terence McKain
Terence Lee McKain, 70, of Butler, passed away Sunday, Oct. 19, 2025, at VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System.
He was born June 16, 1955, in Butler, and was the son of the late Kenneth Andrew McKain and Gloria (McChesney) McKain.
He had been a welder at Saxonburg Foundry for 33 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Terry loved the Steelers, playing the lottery, camping, going to concerts, and hanging with family and friends.
Surviving are two daughters, Shawnee (Bill Mayhugh) Young, of Butler, and Kelly (Travis) Thompson, of Butler; grandchildren, Lorelai and Kaylee Thompson and Elliana Young; sister, Leslie (Bill Guyton) McKain, of Butler; brothers, Butch (Sue) Seaton, of East Butler, and Keith (Cathy) McKain of South Carolina and Bill (Sue) McKain of Virginia.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, David McKain.
MCKAIN — Friends of Terence Lee McKain, who died Sunday, Oct. 19, 2025, will be received from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, at YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler.
Private burial will be in the West Sunbury Union Cemetery.
