Teri Lynne Koglin, 61, of Butler, passed away Thursday, Oct. 9, 2025, at her residence.

Born Oct. 17, 1963, in Newark, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Herman Wilson and Earline Humphrie Wilson.

Teri worked as a nursing assistant at St. John Specialty Care Center in Mars and at Sunnyview Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Butler.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Donald J. Koglin; one son, Matthew Koglin, of Butler; two stepdaughters, Michele Ott, of West Deer Township, and Nichole Boulos, of Tarentum; one brother, Tony Wilson and his wife, Rhonda, of Goodrich, Texas; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Teri was preceded in death by her brother, Todd Wilson; and sister, Tina Bratton.

KOGLIN — Friends of Teri Lynne Koglin, who died Thursday, Oct. 9, 2025, will be received from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 15, at MARTIN FUNERAL HOME DOWNTOWN, 201 E. Cunningham St, Butler.

Services will immediately follow at 7 p.m. at the funeral home, with Pastor Dave Maitland, of First Baptist Church, officiating.
