Naomi Estelle (Bicker) Beatty, 97, of Prospect, peacefully passed away Tuesday evening, Oct. 7, 2025, at Magnolia Place of Saxonburg while on hospice care.

Born Dec. 11, 1927, in Cabot, she was the daughter of the late Amos and Ruth Ewing Bicker.

She faithfully attended Mount Zion Baptist Church, Prospect.

Naomi graduated in 1948, as a registered nurse from the Butler Memorial Hospital program. She had worked for a couple of years at the Butler VA Deshon, where she cared for the World War II soldiers returning home and then worked and retired from Butler Memorial Hospital in 1985.

She is survived by her children, Thomas Beatty of Coburg, Ore., Kathryn Mulneix of Butler and Robert (Cindi) Beatty of Red Lion, Pa.; grandchildren, Jason (Dawn) Mulneix, Justin Mulneix, Jacob (Emilie) Mulneix, Leah (Justin) Beatty Meo, Robert James Beatty Jr. and Jenna (Randy) Howe; great-grandchildren, Lennon Meo, Parker Howe, Robert James Beatty III and Woodrow Mulneix; two sisters, Anna Freehling and Ruth Gross, both of Cabot; one brother, Donald Bicker of Cowansville; and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Beatty, whom she married Feb. 15,1950, and who passed away Aug. 18, 2014; and her brother, John Bicker.

BEATTY — Visitation for Naomi Estelle (Bicker) Beatty, who died Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2025, will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 12, at RAISLEY FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 387 Main St., Prospect.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 13, at Mount Zion Baptist Church, 900 Mount Zion Church Road, Prospect, with the Rev. Ben Oesterling officiating.

Interment will be in Crown Hill Cemetery, Prospect.

Memorial donations may be made to the Mount Zion Baptist Church, 900 Mount Zion Church Road, Prospect, PA 16052, or the Prospect Boys and Girls Club, P.O. Box 462, Prospect, PA 16052.
