Top court should take up gender ideology case
I am flummoxed by the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court for taking a pass on a free-speech case, L.M. v. Town of Middleborough, a case brought by Scottsdale, Ariz. based Alliance Defending Freedom, on behalf of a student. This case speaks to the issue of “gender ideology.”
I would appreciate and encourage constitutional law attorneys to weigh in on “L.M. v. Town of Middleborough,” as it appears, to me, that the free speech clause of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is under attack.
Going forward, I believe “gender ideology” issues will be on the docket at the U.S. Supreme Court.
