Renee Coblentz, 39, of Butler died Sunday.

Born May 23, 1967, in Bay City, Mich., she was the daughter of Robert Spencer and Mary Holka Jacobs.

She was a member of St. Fidelis Roman Catholic Church, Meridian.

She was a registered nurse at UPMC Shadyside in Pittsburgh. She enjoyed the beach and the sun, had an adventurous spirit and lived life to the fullest.

Surviving are her mother and stepfather, Mary and William Jacobs of Zephyrhills, Fla., her father and stepmother, Robert and Janice Mich Spencer of Bradenton, Fla.; two children, Melissa and Zachary Coblentz, both of Butler; two sisters, Karen Abbs of Goshen, Ind., and Carla Jacobs of Butler; and two brothers, Brian Spencer of Bradenton and Jeff Spencer of Bay City, Mich.

Also surviving are her maternal grandmother, Evelyn "Busia" Jezowski of Bay City, Mich.; a special friend, Bobby Bauer of Butler; many nieces and nephews, and several God children.

Jefferson St. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Fidelis Catholic Church, Meridian, with the Rev. James Murphy officiating.
